The Canon J-II is a rare post-WWII 35mm viewfinder camera which utilized parts from earlier Canon J and S cameras to create a new, simplistic camera. This camera does not have slow shutter speeds due to the complicated mechanics necessary to add them. While it does have a 39mm thread mount, this camera was actually marketed as using "J mount". Leica thread mount lenses will partially screw on, they cannot be fully mounted and trying to force them may cause damage.
This camera comes with its original leatherette case with aftermarket strap, its original Canon lens cap, and a Canon Seiki film supply spool. This camera also comes with a Nippon-Kogaku 5cm f3.5 J-mount lens (s/n 46088). This lens has moderate haze that will likely affect image quality. Finally, this camera comes with its original (and very rare!) bakelite lens hood with case marked "Canon Seiki."
